Some cable channels care mostly about Christmas, but UPtv believes in also throwing love at Easter.
Its annual 'Easter Lives Here' programming event features faith-themed movies and TV specials, straight through Holy Week to Easter Sunday.

This year, we're proud to announce that our documentary PRAY: THE STORY OF PATRICK PEYTON joins the schedule.
The 2020 film, the inspiring true story of FTP founder Venerable Patrick Peyton, makes its cable premiere on Holy Saturday, April 16, at 9:30 a.m.
So, we recommend having a nice breakfast and a cup of the hot beverage of your choice and settling in to enjoy the improbable tale of a boy from rural Ireland who became a priest in America.
Father Peyton then became a media evangelist, working with the biggest stars of Hollywood from 1947 until his death in 1992, to spread his message that "the family that prays together stays together."
The event begins on Saturday, April 9, but really kicks into gear on Palm Sunday, April 10, with The Passion of the Christ, at 7 and 11 p.m.
Perennial favorite The Ten Commandments comes up on Holy Thursday, April 14, at 8 p.m.
PRAY kicks off the Easter-weekend programming. On Easter Sunday, The 3rd Annual Stellar Music of Hope special makes its cable debut at 10 a.m.

Two world broadcast premieres of faith-based films start at 7 p.m. with Faith, Hope & Love.
Then, at 9 p.m. is Small Group.
