Derry Connolly, Ph.D., President and co-founder of John Paul the Great Catholic University in Escondido, California, shares his expertise in education, the arts, faith, and entrepreneurship. Moving from his native Ireland eventually to Southern California, the mathematics scholar worked at Kodak and IBM before transitioning into higher ed. As the founder of a Catholic university focused on the creative arts – including filmmaking - - and business innovation, Dr. Connolly functions as leader, teacher, and evangelist.

Matthew Elshoff, Auxiliary Bishop of Los Angeles, shares his wisdom, passion, faith and thoughts on servant leadership. A member of the Capuchin Franciscan order since 1982, Bishop Matthew was appointed Auxiliary Bishop by Pope Francis and ordained in 2023. He currently serves in Our Lady of the Angels province of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
