  94. All programs are on CD. Subscriptions are free-of-charge. Most Programs allow for 4 minutes of non-commercial time, 2 of which are reserved for Family Theater Productions' announcements, and 2 for the station's use but excluding ads or PSAs which might be deemed inappropriate to accompany family fare, including, but not limited to: promoting alcohol and tobacco products, gambling, including lotteries, miracle cures, abortifacients (birth control pills and devices), etc. (See license agreement for complete details.)

    Broadcast agrees not to duplicate, resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute Family Theater Productions' programs for any purpose other than broadcast on the stations or networks listed on this form.
